The Ideal Protein Approved Websites (“IP AW”) are designed to offer our Independent Authorized Clinics and Centres an economical way to advertise their businesses on the Internet. By signing up for the Ideal Protein Approved Websites or any of the services of Laboratoires C.O.P. Inc., Ideal Protein of America Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Agreement”).
All IP AW will include the specific pre-approved content as specified each template on this page: http://technology.idealprotein.com/migrate/
This includes the following pages:
- Home Page
- Team Page
- Testimonial Page
- Ideal Protein Protocol Page
- Ideal Protein Products Page
- RSVP Calendar & Workshops
- Contact Us Page w/ Contact Form
- Location(s) Page
- Built in Google Analytics available within the CMS dashboard, which includes these metrics: visits, unique visitors, pageviews, the number of pages per visit, bounce rate, and the average visit duration.
- A default Ideal Protein clinic logo or your own clinic logo.
Modifications to the IP AW will be limited to the following:
- Custom Header Image (provided by Clinic or Centre)
- Testimonials – Limit of 15 testimonials with photos and in total and a maximum of 100 wordcount per testimonial.
- Minor changes to the sitemap structure which includes only text changes and changing the order in which the menu items appear
- Images and content for Team/Clinic pages
- Text changes to the Contact Us / Locations Page
- Limited additional Content allowed under “Services” menu
- Embedded a maximum of 10 clinic specific videos advertising solely the Ideal Protein weight loss method and results
The following modifications are currently not allowed:
- Blogs or pages that include regular updates of similar content.
- Custom coding including but not limited to HTML, Javascript, CSS, SCSS, and PHP.
- Custom forms other than the two “Contact us” forms
- Advertising Non-Ideal Protein weight loss program and products
- Ideal Protein Products Page
- Recipes which can include written recipes and recipe videos embedded onto the website pages directly
- Restaurant Guides
- The words "Ideal Protein" within your website URL
Please note that any modifications to the IP AW must be compliant with all our Policies and Practices and will be reviewed and approved prior to posting.
Content provided by us in the IP AW is copyrighted and cannot be copied or reproduced under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to email you on a monthly basis as needed regarding website maintenance and updates.
Cancellation of a subscribed service within six (6) months of enrollment will be subject to a hundred dollars ($100) administrative fee (in the currency of the country where your clinic or center is located). The $100 fee will be waived if the site is being cancelled due to clinic closure.
If you wish to cancel your Approved Website Service, a notice of cancellation must be done within fifteen (15) days of your billing date.
The monthly fee associated with the subscribed service can be changed at any time. A notice of fee change will be provided to all our Clinics and Centers thirty (30) days before the entry into effect of the fee change.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available for review at http://technology.idealprotein.com/toa
